1 Year Fixed Term Contract
St Philip’s School is a special educational needs school for young people aged 11-19 years based in Chessington, Surrey. All of our students have Statements or Educational Health Care Plans, for moderate learning difficulties. St Philip’s is part of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust and forms part of its family of specialist providers.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact in maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to quickly learn new systems and procedures, be professional and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Have excellent numeracy, literacy and organisation skills with the ability to undertake administrative duties
- Have sound IT skills
- Be able to relate well to students, parents, staff and visitors
- Be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, resourceful with a calm, confident, positive and flexible attitude.
